We jump on a short call so I can understand your audience, what your community needs, and what you want the app to do. After that, you get a clear plan with the timeline and exactly what happens each week.
About 6 weeks from kickoff to live on the App Store and/or Google Play. Early on, you get access to a beta version, so you can see real progress and give feedback along the way.
You don't need to. I handle the entire technical side: the build, payments, and publishing. You keep creating content and talking to your community.
